This place always has great service!!! One of the best near me.
ordered ice cream on a day they were closed(bc maps and the app said they were open and it took my order for my fam which was ab 45 bucks) and so i called the next day for a refund, didn’t hear anything back for a lil while so i called again and this time the manager picked up, got my info, and actually got me the refund after a little while they could have easily kept it and said they couldn’t do anything about it so shoutout to the manager 🤝
Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream offers a variety of delicious flavors and a friendly atmosphere. Customers have praised the location for its helpful staff and clean, inviting interior, which was recently renovated. The ice cream is creamy and of good quality, with large scoops that satisfy any sweet tooth. Popular choices include flavors like chocolate chip cookie dough, which is loaded with chocolate chips and cookie dough pieces, and chocolate peanut butter, featuring big slabs of peanut butter. The staff is knowledgeable and patient, creating a positive experience for visitors. The location also provides outdoor tables and ample parking, making it convenient for customers. One highlight is the availability of coupons, such as a buy one scoop get the second free offer, which adds value to the visit. Despite some minor issues, like ordering ice cream when the store was closed or misplacing a coupon, the team at this Baskin-Robbins location handled these situations well, providing refunds and good service. Overall, this store is recommended for those seeking quality ice cream and friendly service, especially compared to less satisfying experiences at other locations. It is a great spot to enjoy a wide selection of flavors in a comfortable setting.
