“We liked this place and I definitely want to come back. Their yogurt is tastes fresh and delicious, like thick homemade yogurt. There are many different smoothies made with it. We tried dragon fruit yogurt smoothie and melon green tea. I liked that they use real fresh or frozen fruits to make it. And it was fun to see a cute robot bringing food to our table!“

“i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“

“Friendly staff and very clean store! We got a large strawberry ice cream with brownies and sprinkles to share. We came for the ice cream but walked out with huge smiles because the service is so sweet and delicious! There were plenty of ice cream cakes readily available in the fridge for purchase! Will definitely be back!

“Amazing location! I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. The day before my son got very sick and we had to cancel the party. I spoke to Yassin, the new owner and because the cake had already been made and customized, they couldn’t cancel it. He was very apologetic and said that they would hold the cake for up to four weeks in their special freezer and if I can just let him know that date. Then he had me come to the location and get a free petite cake just for our family because he felt bad we had to cancel my son‘s birthday party. Above and beyond customer service!!!“

“The cookies are delicious, definitely would come again. They have weekly flavors, so you never get tired of the same old cookies. I got the Benson Boone Moonbeam Ice cream cookie, and it’s amazing. My favorite cookie, however, is the original chocolate chip cookie, it’s super sweet and warm, and topped with sea salt. “I had to come on here and leave a review because this experience truly saved my party. I was planning a big birthday celebration and thought I had ordered an ice cream cake ahead of time. Turns out I never actually completed the order, which was completely my mistake.

When I showed up the day before and realized what happened, I was definitely stressed. Gavin and Christina were amazing. Instead of turning me away or sticking strictly to the 24 hour policy, they stepped in and helped me figure out a solution right away.

They were able to get a cake made for me in less than 24 hours, and I just picked it up. It looks fantastic and exactly what I needed for the party.

I am so grateful for how they handled everything. They really went out of their way to help me even though the situation was my fault. That level of care and customer service means a lot.

They were very friendly and accommodating to the switch, didn’t mind our kids at all. The ambiance was clean and quiet (not overly busy or crowded) with Kdrama love songs playing. Staff was attentive and friendly. The drinks were a very good value! Large sizes. We had the matcha latte and the peach lemonade and they were both super tasty. Two adults and 3 young kids shared the shrimp fried rice, one beef banh mi and one pork banh mi. We brought half of one sandwich home for leftovers so the serving sizes were generous. Macarons made a fun special treat at the end of the meal. Everything was very fresh and hit the spot.“
