Edit: the service has improved by miles. Great job all.The service here does not make up for the cookies. The cookies are pretty great but of the many times I've been here, the staff is terrible. It seems it's staffed only be highschoolers that dismissively wave you to the terminals and greet you about 50% of the time. I love the creativity of the flavors. My favorite was the Cornbread cookie. I know it's an unusual one, but I lived it. I'm sad that it isn't on the weekly menu more often.
