Luckily, the original chocolate chip is always a choice of cookies you can buy.“

“Enjoyed a family lunch here. I ordered takeout since our kids were asleep in the car, but they woke up while we waited for it to be cooked so we asked to dine in instead. They were very friendly and accommodating to the switch, didn’t mind our kids at all. The ambiance was clean and quiet (not overly busy or crowded) with Kdrama love songs playing. Staff was attentive and friendly. The drinks were a very good value! Large sizes. We had the matcha latte and the peach lemonade and they were both super tasty. Two adults and 3 young kids shared the shrimp fried rice, one beef banh mi and one pork banh mi. We brought half of one sandwich home for leftovers so the serving sizes were generous. Macarons made a fun special treat at the end of the meal. Everything was very fresh and hit the spot.“

“We liked this place and I definitely want to come back. Their yogurt is tastes fresh and delicious, like thick homemade yogurt. There are many different smoothies made with it. We tried dragon fruit yogurt smoothie and melon green tea. I liked that they use real fresh or frozen fruits to make it. And it was fun to see a cute robot bringing food to our table!“

“My wife and I go there about once a week. The ice cream is so good that there can be a line out the door on a cold day. The girls that work there are mostly friendly until it gets close to closing time. However Sunny is friendly at all times and has the greatest smile. South Swell also caters and its a favorite at wedding receptions. I highly recommend!“

“Traveling through Dana Point, we saw Orange County Creamery and popped in for a sweet treat. The shop smelled good and sweet, and the offering of flavors was quite unique. Our scooper was very friendly and made recommendations of her favorite flavors. I went with the s'mores flavor, and I would encourage anyone to try it!“

“South Swell is the TRUTH. It’s embarrassing how many times I’ve stopped here when I’m in Laguna. The ice cream is so good, but also the people that work here actually have brains. And like, good attitudes. I swear that does not exist in your normal ice cream/fast service type places these days. It might be “expensive” but I would gladly pay double what they charge just to have their good ice cream, served by the people they have working there that actually acknowledge you and are generally pleasant. But make no mistake, you need to add an extra mile to that run in the morning to make up for this sweet treat haha“

“Amazing location! I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. The day before my son got very sick and we had to cancel the party. I spoke to Yassin, the new owner and because the cake had already been made and customized, they couldn’t cancel it. He was very apologetic and said that they would hold the cake for up to four weeks in their special freezer and if I can just let him know that date. Then he had me come to the location and get a free petite cake just for our family because he felt bad we had to cancel my son‘s birthday party. Above and beyond customer service!!!“

“i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“
