Bacio di Latte at Irvine Spectrum Center is a gelato spot that many consider the best they have ever had, with some saying it is better than places tried in Italy. The gelato is creamy, tasty, and made fresh daily with organic milk and organic cream. Popular flavors include the 3 chocolates, pistachio, Pistachio Crunch, Pistacchio, Cioccolato Belga, Crema & Biscotti, and peanut butter gelato. The 3 chocolate stands out because the dark chocolate is really good. The place is welcoming and clean, with a beautiful, polished European gelato feel. Service is excellent, as staff show care, are welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help with concerns about dietary restrictions. It is a perfect stop before or after a movie, shopping, or just walking around. It is expensive, and the line gets crazy long on the weekends, but it is worth the penny.
