Very Surprised. I was walking by and wanted ice cream, wasn't looking for vegan. The staff gave us samples and it was yummy. The ice cream sandwich with butter cookies was great!
I unfortunately have not been able to visit the store front, but my husband and I picked up one of their Chocolate Chip Cookie Vanilla Ice Cream sandwiches from our local Erewhon, and we were absolutely blown away. As someone who is gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, I came to terms with the fact that desserts will never be quite as good as they did before I made these dietary changes, so I didn't expect all that much.
