“It's been ages since I can remember going to get iced cream on my own. So, I really didn't know what to get. I felt overwhelmed at the options. Part of me was wondering why my taste buds even drew me here because I'm not a big desert kind of guy but the server helping me was smiley and bubbly so her friendly attitude made me feel at ease to sputter out an explanation as to why I was indulging in this decadent dessert. I decided to make my own with her help and it came out great.“

“We liked this place and I definitely want to come back. Their yogurt is tastes fresh and delicious, like thick homemade yogurt. There are many different smoothies made with it. We tried dragon fruit yogurt smoothie and melon green tea. I liked that they use real fresh or frozen fruits to make it. And it was fun to see a cute robot bringing food to our table!“

“Amazing location! I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. The day before my son got very sick and we had to cancel the party. I spoke to Yassin, the new owner and because the cake had already been made and customized, they couldn’t cancel it. He was very apologetic and said that they would hold the cake for up to four weeks in their special freezer and if I can just let him know that date. Then he had me come to the location and get a free petite cake just for our family because he felt bad we had to cancel my son‘s birthday party. Above and beyond customer service!!!“

“Friendly staff and very clean store! We got a large strawberry ice cream with brownies and sprinkles to share. We came for the ice cream but walked out with huge smiles because the service is so sweet and delicious! There were plenty of ice cream cakes readily available in the fridge for purchase! “i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“

“I had to come on here and leave a review because this experience truly saved my party. I was planning a big birthday celebration and thought I had ordered an ice cream cake ahead of time. Turns out I never actually completed the order, which was completely my mistake.

When I showed up the day before and realized what happened, I was definitely stressed. Gavin and Christina were amazing. Instead of turning me away or sticking strictly to the 24 hour policy, they stepped in and helped me figure out a solution right away.

They were able to get a cake made for me in less than 24 hours, and I just picked it up. It looks fantastic and exactly what I needed for the party.

I am so grateful for how they handled everything. They really went out of their way to help me even though the situation was my fault. That level of care and customer service means a lot.

“The cookies are delicious, definitely would come again. They have weekly flavors, so you never get tired of the same old cookies. I got the Benson Boone Moonbeam Ice cream cookie, and it’s amazing. My favorite cookie, however, is the original chocolate chip cookie, it’s super sweet and warm, and topped with sea salt. Luckily, the original chocolate chip is always a choice of cookies you can buy.“

“I ordered two cream pans and let me say it doesn't disappoint. So if you love creamy custard filling folded into buttery bread that is made with TLC, then Hamada-Ya Bakery is the place to go. Now let's say you eat one and save the other for the next day, I suggest refrigerating it. Then when you want to eat it take it out of the fridge and let it sit until it's room temperature. Your taste buds are going to be very happy you did. ?“

“I love Cold Stone! I’ve been coming here a lot recently since discovering this location. The staff is very friendly, and I especially want to give a shoutout to Lacey. She is incredibly kind and always remembers my order, so I never have to repeat myself or worry about being disappointed. She’s also so sweet and welcoming to my little ones.Sometimes other employees don’t offer samples when my kids want to try flavors, but Lacey is always patient and happy to let us sample different options.
