“South Swell is the TRUTH. It’s embarrassing how many times I’ve stopped here when I’m in Laguna. The ice cream is so good, but also the people that work here actually have brains. And like, good attitudes. I swear that does not exist in your normal ice cream/fast service type places these days. It might be “expensive” but I would gladly pay double what they charge just to have their good ice cream, served by the people they have working there that actually acknowledge you and are generally pleasant. But make no mistake, you need to add an extra mile to that run in the morning to make up for this sweet treat haha“

The milk ice cream base was smooth and clean while the strawberry glaze added just the right amount of sweetness. The crumble and meringue were perfect toppings. Customer service was great. “Amazing location! I ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. The day before my son got very sick and we had to cancel the party. I spoke to Yassin, the new owner and because the cake had already been made and customized, they couldn’t cancel it. He was very apologetic and said that they would hold the cake for up to four weeks in their special freezer and if I can just let him know that date. Then he had me come to the location and get a free petite cake just for our family because he felt bad we had to cancel my son‘s birthday party. Above and beyond customer service!!!“

“i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“
