The server at 1:15pm on August 2nd 2026, at Dana point was so so lovely! She was so knowledgeable and so incredibly friendly, some of the best service I’ve received anywhere.
She was knowledgeable about the store, the owner and the ice cream. She double checked if I had allergens when offering me a sample even though I didn’t tell her I had any. She was super open to answering questions my husband and I had, she had the MOST welcoming, genuine vibe !

This is the best spot in South OC
Traveling through Dana Point, we saw Orange County Creamery and popped in for a sweet treat. The shop smelled good and sweet, and the offering of flavors was quite unique. Our scooper was very friendly and made recommendations of her favorite flavors. I went with the s'mores flavor, and I would encourage anyone to try it!

The quality of the ice cream is very good, and the prices are reasonable. The young woman working on Wednesday night was courteous and welcoming. This place is a lovely find for families and visitors, offering a perfect treat after exploring the area. It is especially popular for its non-dairy and plant-based options, including a vegan chocolate chip peanut butter flavor that is so creamy, it’s hard to tell it’s made with almond milk. Overall, Orange County Creamery is a must-visit for those looking for quality ice cream or sorbet.
