“Walking along the pier we noticed a sizable line of people waiting in line at only one restaurant, which is usually a sign of good food. This was certainly true at The Coffee Importers. We ordered sandwiches - one roast beef and one turkey -- was able to specify the bread and condiments. Both were quite thick - appropriate for the price point >$14 - and both were very delicious. The use of fresh ingredients was readily apparent. Served with a few pieces of fruit, which was a nice refresher at the end. We would come here again to try some of the other options. The egg/bagel sandwiches that we saw coming out of the kitchen looked marvelous!“

“Talk about a hidden gem. I'm glad it's far from me because otherwise I'd be there constantly. Best ice cream shop in south county and I love the simplicity of the menu. We got a cup, a float, and a frozen banana for our family; all were delicious. The cup is enough for two kids to share.“
