“This is such a cute spot! We had the best carrot cake, gelato & key lime pie. The customer service was excellent, it was super clean and there is enough seating indoors for like 20 people but, plenty of space to sit outside. Great for families or dates.“

“misha was the absolute best worker ever give her props from the second i came into the store the way she greeted me and welcomed me as if it was second home and i was a regular even tho it was my first time. i was a little confused on what to get but she made it so easy she asked me my preferences and then proceeded to recommend me some options and i ended up giving her the liberty of picking out what to get and she gave me mango sago and it was GREAT it was so refreshing you guys need to try it. once again thank you to misha for the stupendous customer service!“

“They have the BEST soft serve, frozen bananas, and ice cream bars!! You have all the toppings in the world to choose from. Southwell never misses. They have two locations, one in San Clemente and one in Laguna Beach. And the service is amazing. I have never had a bad experience. It is so cute inside, they have free parking, they EVEN have a super cute bathroom. You can't get chocolate vanilla swirl soft serve anywhere now, but they have it!! not only that but you can also get a drizzle, and there's many options to choose from. The music is always amazing, and so are the vibes. I usually get the frozen banana, either with the Englishman, which is caramel, and Heath bar, or the castaway, which is toasted coconut and caramel. you have to get it dipped in chocolate. It is so amazing.“

Alexandra also gave good recommendations on which flavor to choose. The cookie itself was absolutely delicious and came complete with a happy birthday sticker on the box. “I'll start with this. I love Golden Spoon. Been eating Golden Spoon since I was a child. I no longer have a location near my home so it's been years since I've had it. Was at a track meet at San Clemente HA yesterday and stopped in cu so had to take my kids to try it. Still amazing! Even better, the young man working the counter yesterday afternoon was amazing. Super friendly, polite, attentive, engaging. Excellent customer service in a time where that seems to be lacking most places. The yogurt is still very creamy and delicious. The location has plenty of parking (even on a very busy day). They had a lot of topping choices I don't remember which made deciding tough but everyone in my group found exactly what they wanted. I love more than an hour from here but would definitely visit again if I'm in the area.“
