I'm a Hagen daas guy, but I like to switch it up with BR31 every now and then.
This has been the best BR location because they make their ice cream just right. Not too sweet.
However, I'm writing this because of Christina.
Not only is this woman a ray of sunshine, but she makes the best cake for BR ice cream cakes.

I had to come on here and leave a review because this experience truly saved my party. I was planning a big birthday celebration and thought I had ordered an ice cream cake ahead of time. Turns out I never actually completed the order, which was completely my mistake.

Great customer service! They get so busy and the staff remains calm and polite, which is very much appreciated.
