Employees have a sign on the restroom that says employees only. If you are expecting customers to come to your establishment and pay for your services especially food related establishments, you need to allow customers to use the restroom. Having lazy employees who just put random signs up because they don’t want to have to clean and stock the restroom is not a good business practice. We went there to purchase a birthday cake and two ice creams but took our business elsewhere. Employees don’t care but sure the owners don’t want to keep losing out on business.

This store should update their business hours.On google and on the door of their store,it says closes at 10:00p.m..We reached there at 9:44 p.m. and the lady over there said we need 1 hour to clean the store so we close the store at 8:00 p.m.. The tone at which she spoke almost made me feel she was doing a favour by doing her job. Really poor customer service and way to lose business by keeping the store closed during regular business hours. Not sure if the store manager is aware of this but if you are then please update the store hours.Very rude.

one of the lamest scoops ever given by the people working here, she dint even put effort ,she just took the softer melted icecream on the top and just turned it into a scoop. I have seen bigger scoops in a kids birthday parties

Most of the employees are friendly and the consistency of the shakes here are great. //CONTEXT// Love a good milkshake and I'm basic when it comes to a shake haha. I love a good strawberry milkshake - but surprisingly a lot of places and the consistency isn't always right. I do like Handels down the street but for some reason I like the strawberry here much more! We've been to a few of the other BR in the area as well! //DESSERT// Strawberry milkshake: good consistency! You won't really taste any chunky strawberry pieces in it. Thick and smooth Butter Pecan Milkshake: my friend orders this one and thinks it's classic in taste with real pecans in it. //SERVICE// Mostly friendly but sometimes you'll see some workers don't seem so interested haha but whatever. //COST// Medium shakes are $7 as of Oct 2022 //OVERALL/ I like this place out of other locations around the area. Nice workers, consistent shakes. Other ones don't greet us sometimes lol and the drinks are good

They were very nice yesterday at Baskin-Robbins, I keep wanting to call it 31 Baskin-Robbins, my daughter really likes the cotton candy ice cream and this is the only place you can basically find it I think. So we always get a pint. They still have some very interesting unique flavors, and they gave out samples. The only reason why I didn't get five stars, it's because it is a little bit pricey, but it's delicious.

I have come to this location many times, and have never had any issues. The staff are friendly, and their ice cream is good. If you're looking for good ice cream and you're in the area, I recommend this place.
It's 31 flavors, so you know what to expect. They also do drinks, ice cream cakes, etc. I brought my daughter here because she had a gift card (yes, they sell those too). Staff was wearing masks, so that was nice to see.

They closed 10 minutes before their closing time of 10pm and I had called to double check they'd be open till 10. They lost out on us buying an ice cream cake and ice cream.

This store is AMAZING! Christina was my cake angel today and saved my dad's 70th birthday by helping us with printing an edible photo for his cake that another bakery promised and didn't follow through with on the day of the party. Christina was so lovely and so amazing and helped get our family what we needed in minutes and saved the day! Thank you so much Christina! We are forever grateful to you for your great customer service and amazing work. We will definitely be coming back to order things for future celebrations! :)
