I am OBSESSED. This place is so good I want to open my own, haha. The "uppers" flavor (w/ soft serve) is unbelievable. Also, super cute inside and staff is very friendly. There is no indoor seating available and the outdoor seating is a little loud being right on PCH, but wow for ice cream this amazing, I'm unbothered. Has its own parking spots in back which is very helpful considering Laguna parking.
A spot that beckons a return visit. I opted for the soft serve, caramel on the base, topped with chocolate and toasted coconuts. Though the place had customers, there weren't any waiting in line. I'd just recommend to have more seating available.

They have the BEST soft serve, frozen bananas, and ice cream bars!! You have all the toppings in the world to choose from. Southwell never misses. They have two locations, one in San Clemente and one in Laguna Beach. And the service is amazing. I have never had a bad experience.
