“Just stopped for our second time because this place is the bomb for Gelato !!! Visiting from out of town and love gelato so we tried it out. Not disappointed at all !!! They also just opened location on Balboa Island…..so don’t waste your time on the overhyped Balboa Bars or frozen bananas, because this Gelato blows them out of the water. “I think I found my new favorite affogato in Orange County at Ricco Gelato. Their gelato is incredibly creamy, not too sweet, and full of unique flavors. The Earl Fig especially surprised me,I had never seen that flavor before and immediately took some home for my parents to try.

The girls that work there are mostly friendly until it gets close to closing time. However Sunny is friendly at all times and has the greatest smile. South Swell also caters and its a favorite at wedding receptions. I highly recommend!“

“The server at 1:15pm on August 2nd 2026, at Dana point was so so lovely! She was so knowledgeable and so incredibly friendly, some of the best service I’ve received anywhere.

She was knowledgeable about the store, the owner and the ice cream. She double checked if I had allergens when offering me a sample even though I didn’t tell her I had any. She was super open to answering questions my husband and I had, she had the MOST welcoming, genuine vibe !

The ice cream was also bloody incredible! I had the cherry swirl and salted caramel! Very nicely priced and the best ice cream I’ve had, we’ll be back for sure !

“We had a darling ice cream and it was nice. My kid really wanted strawberry ice cream. I didn’t notice that they had a strawberry flavor until after I received our order. One of the staff members noticed that my son was hoping for strawberry(even though we didn’t talked in English!!) and kindly offered to add strawberry sauce on top.

“Its a cute little spot right off the coast. But if you go you have to get the ice cream bar not the soft serve. A million times better and they dip it in marshmallow fluff then they torch it. Its so good. The soft serve is pretty mid but its still good. Lots of good toppings to choose from and a decent bathroom“

“i really like crumbl!! i would totally give this 5 stars but this specific one though is closest to my house and they have not done any special hometown picks or fun features that other crumbls do through the app. i have been waiting to see some fun hometown picks for the RSM location but sadly i only see Foothill Ranch doing it. Compared to Foothill Ranch, the RSM crumbl customer service is mediocre, as no one seems like they want to be working there however the cookies are great nonetheless i just hope i start seeing more fun stuff in the app for the RSM location!!“

“I absolutely love cookies, and after discovering Crumbl it quickly became my go to place for dessert! They have fun new flavors being added to their rotation, while also keeping a few of their signature cookies on the menu.
I personally love the Chocolate Chunk Cookie & I hadn’t seen it on the menu recently.
I called the Laguna Niguel location off of Aliso Creek and La Paz to inquire about whether or not that specific cookie would be on the menu.
The staff member I spoke to (Sam) was very friendly and informed me that they had recently made a “twist” to the classic Chocolate Chunk cookie, combining it with another one of their signature cookies the Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookie. Intrigued by this new concoction I had to order it and taste it for myself! Review TBA 🍪
