“We called in to see if this Coldstone could make a cake for us with our baby’s gender. We spoke with Jaimie and she assured us that she could take our gender results (still unknown to us) and decorate a cake of our choice. She was very helpful, wrapped the cake in tissue paper and stapled the bag to conceal the surprise. My wife and I were then able to have our own surprise gender reveal at home. We opened the nicely decorated ice cream cake and were shocked to see we are expecting a boy! Thanks for your help in making this a special event for us Jaimie and Coldstone Creamery.“

“Nékter in Aliso is faster, cheaper, and much more customer friendly than any of the other Nékters in OC! As I was running in to get a juice, this morning, I accidentally dropped my reusable cup and the rim broke off. The darling sales associate firmly told me that they wanted to replace it, for free (sweetly waving away my protests that it was my fault for dropping my old one). This ice cream is good for what it is. I feel like the flavors I tried were really overwhelmed by the flavor of coconut, and honestly could benefit from some salt to round the flavors out, just from a culinary perspective.

The shop was very cute and clean, but the staff seemed to have limited knowledge about the flavors and struggled to tell me about the flavors I asked about (ex. She had no idea what was in the tropical blend…and a lot of I don’t knows, which was too bad since this was my first time here! Not really ideal, given this place seems to focus on allergens and dietary restrictions. Not the end of the world though haha

It was smooth, creamy and took care of the sweet tooth craving. Only wish there was more seating. There were two tables closer to the supermarket. Long line and consistent but it moved fast.

My husband taste is different from mine, he got everything he wanted.... Vanilla, coconut, Oreo, Chocolate and his favorite Pistachio... toppings, chocolate chip, peanut butter, nuts , and gummy bear candy. What ever your favorite flavor is.... this place has it. “If I'm being honest. Not all of the cookies are my favorite. There have only been 4 that I liked or thought were ok but to be fair I don't try all the flavors either. On the plus side I like that they started making the minis available and available everyday. That give me a chance to try a cookie and if I don't care for it let my kids finish the rest. I usually get a mini pack pick 1 for myself and my daughter gets the other 2 unless it's one I know I love like the Kentucky butter cake then I buy the big cookie.“
