The cheesecake ice cream was absolutely delicious, and the shop was very clean.
Handle’s has some of the best ice cream in Irvine! Every flavor we’ve tried has been delicious, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly.
I also want to thank Handle’s for supporting our local schools and giving back to the community. It’s always wonderful to see local businesses invest in the families they serve. Communities are stronger when we support one another, and Handle’s is a great example of that.

Line 20 people out the door. Creative flavors packed with goodies. Try their 4 scoop sampler and be sure to include Graham Central Station. Apparently it's their most popular flavor.

Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream Alton Square has some of the best ice cream in Irvine. Every flavor is delicious, and the staff is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The shop supports local schools and gives back to the community, investing in the families it serves. There is a great selection of flavors, making it hard to choose. Creative flavors are packed with goodies. Popular choices include Graham Central Station, apparently the most popular flavor, along with orange dream cream, strawberry sorbet, chocoholic chunk, Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie, Vanilla Made with Oreo, Vanilla Caramel Brownie, Knot Your Average Dough, Banana Cream Pie, Blueberry Cobbler, Monkey Business, taro, and peach. The 4 scoop sampler is a great way to try four flavors. The cones are very generous considering they are singles. The facility is clean. For a high quality, freshly made, once-in-a-while cool treat, Handel’s is worth the trip. One visit just isn’t enough with this many tempting flavors. Highly recommend stopping by for amazing ice cream and outstanding customer service.
