“I used to enjoy visiting this spot as a child before moving. After decades of being away, I am so glad I stopped by. It is exactly how I remembered inside and out, spacious and wholesome. The owner is not only friendly and inviting, but extremely community based. As I was enjoying my long missed and delicious banana split, two customers came in that I can tell were regulars because he immediately knew what they wanted to order; one was a student getting out of school and the other a retired gentleman, both stopping by for an afternoon treat. I appreciated the kind environment along with the scrumptious options to choose from. I look forward to stopping by again in the future, to enjoy with both of my girls.“

The milk ice cream base was smooth and clean while the strawberry glaze added just the right amount of sweetness. The crumble and meringue were perfect toppings. Customer service was great. “The cookies are always great. The employees sometimes stand around and ignore customers that need help using the touchscreen order pad. I have witnessed older people walk in, not know how to use the touch screen device, and employees just watch them struggle. Other than that everything is great.“

“A big fan after one visit!
Me and a friend got the BoozaLava (baklava with ice cream), Karak tea, and got the following ice cream flavors: Istanbul coffee, Vanilla, Strawberry, and Honey Lavender.
The BoozaLava was crunchy with a well balanced sweetness and was perfect with the ice cream. My only suggestion would be that perhaps metal cutlery would work better with this dessert, I had no trouble finishing every bite though.
The Karak tea I got with minimal sweetness added, the spice adds it's own rich sweet flavor on its own. It might be a new favorite, similar to a cinnamon latte but better. I drank this after finishing the dessert so I could appreciate it fully.
The ice cream was divine. I only grew up on handmade/homemade ice cream and it is a world of difference when you can taste the fresh ingredients. I recommend getting ice cream separately as well as combining it with dessert.

I also got Filo tea and Roz Bi Halib (rice pudding) to-go to share with my family! I got my tea unsweetened, it was enjoyably minty and earthy. My mother loved the rice pudding. She loved the texture and how the sweetness wasn't aggressive. I'm a local and I recommend this to any local. It's a warm, clean and calm environment and the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. Perfect place for a weekly treat or your regular coffee/tea.“

“Came here pretty late at night with a friend. There were a lot of people hanging around out front but there was no line when we went inside. The workers allowed us to try some samples which was nice and helped us in choosing which flavor we wanted. I went with the milk and cereal flavor with Fruity Pebbles and my friend got the milk and sugar cookies. Both were very delicious! It's also great that it isn't as expensive compared to other ice cream shops. Will come here again for sure!“
