Not a great experience. I ordered the Seared Ahi Salad and the fish tasted awful. The waitress and manager made their apologies and didn't charge for the plate. Thank you for that. Second time at a BJ's in about one year and I probably won't be going back, as the previous visit was not great either.

Do Not go on Tuesdays! I usually love coming here with my uncle but Tuesdays they are overun with disrespectful kids looking for a good deal on the pizookies. Took 40 to get seated and another 30 to get our drinks. Got in at 645 and have decided to get our food to go at 8pm since it hadn't come out yet. Again I do love coming here on a regular night but Tuesdays are the worst.Kid-friendliness: Too many teenagers unsupervised. Loud and disrespectfulWheelchair accessibility: Great wheelchair access for any kind of chair but the doors ro get in aren't the widest.

Great restaurant. From the hostess/host to wait staff to cooks & Managers, everyone is so friendly & hard working. Big shout out to our waitress Carrie, she's wonderful! Great menu, as there's a lot of food & beverage items to choose from. The Pizookie is their signature dessert, delicious! The prices & portion sizes are really good, plus they have a rewards program. It is one of our favorite go-to restaurants for any occasion.

Customer service was excellent! They made the birthday boy more than happy! The waiter wished him Happy Birthday and manager came to table and talked for a bit and also wished him Happy Birthday!!! He even got dessert free!!! Couldn't have asked for more!! Food was excellent as usually!

Had to ask 5 people for 2 condiments, which took 30 minutes to finally get. Never got refills. Son's bday pizookie was essentially tossed at him. Bill was placed on the table and they walked away without a word. $233 for one of the worst experiences. Such a bummer, because we love that location, and go often.
