Has gone downhill fast over the years and we have been a patron since inception.Quality example today: 1 adult woman taking selfies with her flash on during the movie (4x). One dad constantly waking around and yelling at his kids and covering them in blankets/stuffed animals (it’s 70 degrees and 2:30 pm), one mother of a special needs teen completely ignoring him, and then yelling at the staff. 10+ people on their phones.Sad that this has become how people treat the cinema, like it’s their family room sofa. I will not visit again.Wasn’t worth complaining because when 17 indecent activities happen and the staff doesn’t bat an eye, it means the company doesn’t care about manners and respectful behavior.Food and drink was a B-.

Best place for movies. Never crowded, comfy reclining seats, and "table service" your adult beverage and food delivered to you. No need to miss the movie.

Stopped coming here as much after they changed the seats to be smaller. The Laguna site has the better chairs and it's worth the drive for me. Wish they would go back because I used to come here all the time.

As for movie theaters go, this is the luxury one. Reclining leather seats with a full menu of food as well as a bar. Buttons by your seat allow you to call a waiter directly to your seat. Convenient location. Small restrooms.

I had a great time with my grandson- this place was awesome! Reclining seats and you can order just about anything by hitting the button on the seat.
This place is really great if you wanna see a movie. This is a very fancy place for me and all of the movies I've seen here have had great environments! The only thing I'd say is sometimes I do notice that the floor is somewhat sticky which is why I put it down to 4 instead of 5. Another thing is that the service is generally really great! I haven't really gotten around to trying any of the food, but I hear it's pretty good.

The place is so clean, the kids that work there are so nice very respectful. It is the only place we go to a movie. We live in Phillips Ranch and Drive all the way there including taking 2 toll roads. It's that nice and not to crowded. Only thing we are disappointed about is the Carmel popcorn was discontinued. Love this theater for its gigantic comfy seats and $10 unlimited popcorn bowl. Having the option of real food (like, whole meals) during the movie is awesome too, but in my limited experience (I've ordered "real" food twice) it's not the freshest, most amazing stuff ever. But like ... it's the movies, who cares? The full bar is great too, and nothing beats the convenience of having your order brought straight to your seat. I also really appreciate that snacks and drinks are served in actual dishes that can be washed and reused. Lastly, they must train the staff really well because they're always so polite and professional.

For only a few bucks more, you can get a reclining seat and service to your seat so this is a no brainer. Saw Oppenheimer here, well worth it. You can't get a martini here but I won't ding them for this! LOL.
