With beautiful weather outside, I decided to walk over to El Fenix Carniceria with some friends. We discovered their $10 happy hour menu which happens daily after 3pm. Tasty! Bonus is that you can buy a beer, make your own Michelada, grab Latino snacks and ice cream bars while you're there...a one stop shop! We spent the afternoon in the nice outdoor patio. Nice people owner was cordial and food was tasty. Chili sauces were great. Ordered a burrito and it was tasty but for the price it reminded me of a fast food item that was more cautious about filling the burrito then filling the customer. The carne asada was ok not great.
