Great burger but the soda machine from the drive-thru taste horrible. Ordered 7up and it tasted like the dirtiest soda I've ever had. Taste like mold or a wet towel and the aftertaste lingers. Someone needs to clean these machines.

The food was good but not as great as the lines make it out to be. I was in town so I wanted to try it. The lines were so long especially for the drive through so i went in. So I’d avoid the drive though especially on The Weekends. Burger was good but not amazing. The fries are pretty dry and not flavorful. The shakes are good but not very unique or amazing.

This company is wonderful. The helpfulness, politeness, professionalism of the employees exceeds anything I've experienced in a restaurant or any business.
Food quality is amazing and delicious. Unfortunately I can only go when I visit relatives in California since there are none in Georgia.

Stopped by the In-N-Out burger in RSM to pick up lunch for my wife and I. I went through the drive thru and was quite impressed how organized the two lanes into one was managed by the employee taking orders. She was kind, efficient and professional. The druve thru was very efficient and I picked up the two double double burgers, fries and drinks in minutes. Very impressive.
