Luna Grill Rancho Santa Margarita

My family and I eat here on average once a week and sometimes we get take out on a busy night. I can’t say enough about the customer service. My mother was recently here with my daughter and there was a small order mix up. Anthony took care of the issue. She was so pleased she asked me to post a review. Luna grill is my daughter’s favorite restaurant(kids chicken and French fries and lots of extra dressing). Thanks for the quality food as always and the wonderful service.

This is probably the best location for this brand. The employees are/seem happy and are accommodating. The portions are large enough to fill an adult. The meat is perfect. Luna Grill definitely beats out every other chain in the Mediterranean space.

The staff are usually professional and courteous, but they must have had a new employee who is new to the hospitality industry and was ignoring all of us customers in line to continue what appeared to be a confused customer on the phone. I'm not sure what this restaurants policy is, but usually you help the customer who is there in person, or at a minimum acknowledge them.
