My experience at Nekter Juice Bar was honestly terrible. I waited 45 minutes for a yogurt parfait, which is ridiculous for something that should take a couple minutes to make. Watching people who ordered after me get their food while mine took forever just made it even more frustrating.

When I finally got it, the parfait was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the wait, the price, or the hassle. What really pushed the experience over the edge was the attitude from the employees. Instead of being helpful or even slightly apologetic about the delay, they acted annoyed and gave me attitude when I asked about my order.

Slow service, bad customer service, and a very average product. If this is the standard here, I won’t be coming back — and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

Staff here is amazing. They memorized my order and have great attitudes. Great service .kind smiles. And fast delivery!. 5 stars! Brian is my Guy!Also Sophi . OH CANT FORGET NICOLE !!!. THE whole gang is amazing. Won't go anywhere else.

Big fan of Nekter! My favorites are the Toxin Flush and Health Nut. Sophie works at the RSM location and is the BEST!! She is so knowledgeable and kind, always love seeing her smiling face when we come in, and I know our drinks will be delicious! Drinks are on the pricey side but they are high quality and my secret to keeping my immunity. Highly recommend!

Don't expect to be greeted when you walk in. Not necessarily because they're rude but because of being understaffed. The menu is misleading. No prices on the menu. Definitely the most expensive acai bowl I've ever bought. If your order comes with strawberries, it won't be strawberries, it will be A strawberry! They literally only give 1 strawberry for an order that's supposed to be strawberries and bananas. 1 cut up strawberry doesn't become strawberries just because you cut up that 1 strawberry. Barely enough fruit come with the bowls and I swear the taste of this bowl is now making my stomach hurt. These are all facts!!! And this is definitely THE WORST ACAI BOWL I EVER HAD! NO CAPPPPP

Popped into Nekter Juice Bar after a long shift at the hospital, and wow, their Berry Banana Burst totally revived me. Super friendly staff and that fresh juice hit the spot!

Went in twice trying to get a drink to taste the way it's described. Nope, bit of attitude. I already tipped, can't take it back. It's like an investment I guess it wasn't enough tip.
Sad face.

The guy taking my order completely messed it up even though I repeated myself 3 times. Took an extremely long time to get my order and 4 people that ordered after me got their orders before me. This happened April 10 around 3pm and it took 30 mins to get my order

You are very lucky to have employee Eric Fickinger on your team. I was just there a couple hours ago, New Year Day 2025. Someone did not show up, so he was by himself. People were upset because he was behind with orders. I asked him are you by yourself loud enough so the other people can hear, he said yes, and I said well you're a great employee, Happy New Year, and I'll come back for my drinks later, do not worry. He kept his composure and was very professional, even though people were upset. Very valuable employee! He should be your manager! Great guy!
