I ordered to go food here. I was standing outside the door and from there I can see how they made my food. There’s this guy that works in the kitchen without gloves and not even washing his hands touching different things, handling payments and touching the food with his bare hands! I saw him grabbed the noodles put it in my bowl. Also grabbed a handful of meat put it in my bowl. I asked the lady NICELY if she can remake my food I even whispered it to her because I did not want to create a scene. She remade my food. And they started yelling at each other in vietnamese. After I received my food. The guy who made my food initially yelled at me and said I cannot stand outside the door. I responded that he should consider wearing gloves next time or at least wash his hands. He wants me to sit down on the left side because I cannot see the Kitchen from there.

DISGUSTING ATTITUDE despite of me being considerate and I was even embarrassed to ask them to remake the food.

Buddy in the back completely raw dogging no gloves, man handling the food and ringing up the register, taking peoples cards, not washing his hands after either. I guess it adds flavor lol.. No but really they should call the health inspector on this place and they removes the grading.

I have my regular pho spot I usually go to but wanted to try a new place and I was not disappointed. Fast service and very fresh ingredients. Broth was very flavorful and clean tasting and they includedmore than could fit in the pho bowl so it was nice to add more as I drank it. They included lots of meat. Will definitely be back.

Best food in Rancho Santa Margarita, and definitely best pho/Asian/Vietnamese. Orange chicken and tofu vermicelli were phenomenal, perhaps best orange chicken I've ever had. Despite it being in RSM and not so many people later in the evening, the food is incredible and vibe is chill.

The food here is actually pretty good. but unfortunately, I've heard on two occasions that whomever is working the counter (or the owner, I'm not sure), is very rude to Doordash drivers and will not make their orders until everyone in the store has been served. Doordash customers are your customers, too. I dont want to put Doordash drivers through that. This was my last order from Pho O-Oh Tasty, which is a bummer because it wasn't bad. I won't support a business that decides to treat their customers like they're a problem.

I don’t know how the city of RSM got an actually amazing and authentic pho spot but DANG and I am glad we did! Do yourself a favor and order a Bahn Mi sandwich or the pho Combo bowl, so ridiculously good and the staff are all the kindest people. Love this place!

Phenomenal food and phenomenal service. Reasonable pricing. Made to order and fresh. Strong vietnamese iced coffee. Kid friendly!

Kid-friendliness: The owners were so sweet with our 18 month old daughter. Brought her some OJ, lots of smiles, and brought her cup out to us when we forgot it.
