Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors

We just had the worst DoorDash experience. Driver was not responsive to calls or texts while lost in our complex. Once they arrived with our food, it was literally at the bottom of a plastic bag. All thrown about, leaking through the bag and obviously inedible. After DoorDash offered us a $17 refund for an order that was nearly $50 with a tip, I was so upset. Usually love this place. But what have they done to their house special beef?? Now it's called grass fed beef? I get the appeal as grass fed = delicious. But now I get half the amount, and it's served in a plate with rice instead of the containers, which I preferred. Requested my last order to be placed in a container instead and yea, about half full only. Bummed. Hopefully the original version comes back!

Alfredo from the RSM location is amazing. Every time I come in, he greets me instantly and always asks me if I need anything else. The cooks make the food so fresh and healthy. Even better - they too, greet me even from the back kitchen. I always enjoy my experience at this specific location.
