Burrito was so wet on the inside I couldn’t finish it. The rice was way too moist and the chips were very hard.

I love this Rubios! Been here a few times throughout the years and the staff is always so friendly and the dining area is clean. The food is always good and have never had an issue with it!

This is one of the most consistent chain restaurants I've been to no matter where I have been. Each location has been consistently good, nice and clean and has had great food.

Great shrimp trio, may be the best i’v tried

I worked at Rubios eight years ago. While working there I ate their food every single day and loved it. To this day I still love Rubios, its almost comfort food. It is pricey but in general it has great taste and the portions are sufficient. I can't imagine not eating here at least once a week.

I've been coming here for a long time, but this location has gone down hill and this is the last time I will be coming here. I asked for no beans in my salad and they buried the beans so I couldn't see them until I started eating, and they barely filled the bowl with any green lettuce, really? This is what the salads look like now for $13, total rip off. I was hungry again 20 mins later. Plus the girl gave me the wrong bowl at first bc she can't put orders together correctly. The female manager is very passive aggressive and rude, she's probably the one who made my food. And this location is randomly closed often. I wouldn't be surprised if this location is next to be shut down right after the San Clemente location.

The restaurant didn’t smell good. My classic shrimp burrito wasn’t wrapped well. It just fell apart. The experience was just kinda sad. I have a extra star because we had a coupon.

I visit 1 to 3 times a month and mostly everything is right. When I visited on Tuesday they had a new employee taking the orders, the assistant manager was doing paperwork and the manager was doing reports and interviewing someone. The new employee taking customers orders seemed a bit lost, he didn't repeat any of the orders to assure accuracy. He even asked the assistant manager for help placing the order.Needless to say he and the kitchen staff got my order and that of 4 others totally wrong, considering that 2 of the 5 orders were placed online I would imagine that errors were made by the new cashier and the kitchen staff.Finally both managers had to step in to make sure all was taken care of.I managed restaurants in my early days and I always insisted on the personnel to repeat back to the customer their order to avoid mistakes and assure accuracy and make customer feel that they were being paid attention to.

I have always ordered through Doordash. So I can't comment on the dine-in and service inside the restaurant.This is my 5th time I believe, that we have ordered food from this place. Order placed and delivered through Doordash.Orders usually are ready for pickup quickly, and so far we have not have any issues when it comes to missing items or not preparing things the way we order them.The California Burrito that I get is really delicious. As for the size, it is enough and plenty. I usually add chicken and carne asada to it. I really like it. It is tasty, and not spicy (I like that)And their chips and salsa are really good too. The red salsa is mild spicy, really good, spicy enough to get a kick, and does not overpower the salsa flavors.I would definitely recommend this place. We have had really good experiences here!

Usually I'm not a fish guy, but Rubio's takes fish to a different level. I'll be honest, I'd never even heard of a fish taco until I came here. And they're great. This restaurant is a great place to just chill and eat tacos. I honestly haven't liked fish until I came to this restaurant.
