Their Chicago style is closest to the real deep dish pan pizza I grew up up with (Chicago native). Always nice to pick up a pie for a lazy Sunday late lunch with wife watching the game. Highly recommend

Calzones, meatball sub all undercooked, calamari was cold and rubbery

The pizza was decent. And the staff were very good. So overall a good experience

Get the large pizza. Medium can handle filling 1 average 17yeqr old boy. Prices are serious. Reheats beautifully.

The food here is good, and the service is usually fine (sometimes can be slow when they are busy). Its close to my house to come watch football and not as noisy as some sports bars. Where it all goes downhill is how hot they keep it inside. It was 80-85° last time I was here and I was sweating through the whole football game. My friend (who usually runs cold and who also does hot yoga) was also sweating. We didn't bother to complain because we already know what the answer is, but we did overhear other people complaining about how hot it was. The staff will just insist "the air is already on". Its something I have reached out to the company about before, hoping to resolve the issue so we can still enjoy going there in the Summer. But I got the same response, that they do run the air and their AC bill is very expensive. However, as someone who personally works for an HVAC company, I can tell you that if you are running your air and it's only cooling down to 80°, your AC is NOT working properly. After eating here my friend and I had to go into walmart to cool down, where the AC was working great. Selmas has the potential to be a 5 star place, but they certainly would need to get the establishment to a decent temperature.

Pizzas are good and the service is excellent but the drink menu is displayed on TVs which shift so you'll have to wait to see what you want again for the whole thing to move up. Atmosphere is cool too, it does reflect the Chicago chic what with the exposed brick wall and whatnot.

Vegetarian options: Usual options such as salad and veggie pizza.

Dietary restrictions: Items in the menu are labelled with their ingredients.

Parking: Tons of parking in the free lot.

Kid-friendliness: There is a game room with pinball and a close machine as well as some other stuff.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible but does are not automatic.

I hadn't been to a Selmas in years. Though they are one of my favorite pizza places....(I try to stay away from cheese...)

But dropped by for a beer and some of their potato chips w/ chipotle ranch. Great beer selection, and love that spicy ranch. And they have my wife's favorite seltzer....Brewery X Huckleberry.

Sat on the patio which was nice, airy, and with good light. Very relaxing.

I won't be waiting a few more years for my next visit.

I’ve been frequenting Selma’s on a regular basis over the last year, and consistently receive fantastic service from their lively and knowledgeable staff.

Beer selection is always on point, and pizza equally as good, being hot and with fresh ingredients.
