Had lunch on a Sunday afternoon and watched some FIFA soccer. The restaurant didn't anticipate the soccer crowd and was trying to operate with one server and a host.
About a dozen patrons showed up, plus a party of 10 on the patio. The service slowed down dramatically (3 stars) not necessarily the fault of the staff, just understaffed. We didn't look in the bar but could hear a few more people cheer when a goal was scored.
Food was served hot and drinks were refilled on request. The Chicago style Hawaiian trio was good. The sauce over the toppings was too much for my pallet. The sauce overwhelmed the toppings and primarily tasted the sauce.
The atmosphere was good with multiple screens to watch the match.
Servers (host began serving) were friendly and hard working. Booth was clean and comfortable. Cost was typical for dining out, but we had a coupon, so that helped make it affordable.
Always good food and service!
Great pizza! this is our go to place for pizza for the past eight years. Great pizza, great beer. Nice patio!
Always loved Selmas, but I will never return to this location due to poor customer service. I came here with my 4 year old and ordered a salad and a pizza, when they brought the salad I asked them if they could split it. The guy took it walked to the back then 5 minutes later our server walked up and handed me the same salad without saying anything. I told her I asked if they could split it in another bowl. She refused, and said no they cant do that. Such a simple thing to split a βregularβ salad into another bowl. Ive noticed the past two times Iβve come to this location it has been dead during peak hours. Im sure this is due to the bad customer service at this location.
This is a place to go with friends to enjoy great pizza and cold on tap beverages. Service has never let me down and staff & management go out of their way to keep you smiling.

Ordered for pickup. 1/2, 1/2 Specialty Pizza and Artichoke dip. $53.52.
- Solid vibes in the restaurant.
- Very friendly staff. Hostess was new, she didn't seem trained up on much.
- Food came out pretty quick... worried me on cook.
- Pizza wasnt cooked enough. Pizza fell apart, soggy soggy bottom. From pickup to home 10min.
- Sauce was very acidic, if thats your preference then you're in luck. Overpowers ingredients imo.
- Artichoke dip... this was close to $15. I feel embarrassed for ordering this. Absolutely should not be something you should take out. If its in a cast iron then it could be alright. But this is a mediocre artichoke dip. Buy it from the Ralphs, it'll be better.
Overall it feels strange they tout this as a Chicago pizzeria. The sauce is suited for smaller portions and even then, its an alright mid tier pizzeria.

I tried their Chicago-style pizza pie and the thick crust was perfectly buttery with layers of gooey cheese and rich tomato sauce that tasted like it was made fresh that day. The place is also good.

The Chicago pizza is really good. The drinks are little bit overpriced but it is what it I guess. The place is very chill and clean.
Great pizza! They love their pizza plus they watch sports.

This is a wonderful parlor. I really love the pizza here there are great twists on classic favorites, like the peppy and meathead. I also really like the chips and dip, the chips are like, thick sliced and fresh. Also, beer here is pretty tasty, I got the baja sipper, and the OTB. Very good! Keep it up Selma.
This place is so good, service is fast, overall a great place to eat!

Their Chicago style is closest to the real deep dish pan pizza I grew up up with (Chicago native). Always nice to pick up a pie for a lazy Sunday late lunch with wife watching the game. Highly recommend
Calzones, meatball sub all undercooked, calamari was cold and rubbery
