We had brisket 7oz and it was delicious! love the rolls and peanut coleslaw. Our waitress checked with us frequently and provided excellent service. Thank you!
Great tasting BBQ food and service! It’s very packed on weekends but food was out in reasonable amount of time.
Happy hour is 4-6:00 for certain appetizers and drinks.

Based on the reviews, Wood Ranch Rancho Santa Margarita is a classic place that serves great BBQ. The food is delicious, with favorites including the brisket sandwich, ribeye, tri tip, and baby back ribs. Sides like the peanut coleslaw, dinner rolls, mashed sweet potatoes, and creamy mac and cheese are also awesome. The service is great and friendly. While the interior design is rather bland and the music does not feel like a ranch, the food is great. Friday nights after the capo district graduates are very crowded. Overall, this is a must try for good BBQ.
