I Visit Dutch often, at least twice a week. This was my first time to this location and it was such a disappointment. Most locations have the most friendly employees but not this one. The gal working the window seemed annoyed that I pulled up, there was nobody in line and now I see why. There was no greeting just “what can I get you?” After I ordered I asked if she could scan my app because I had enough money on it to cover the bill. She scanned my app and then still took me the total so I asked if I could use the money on the app and she said “I guess” maybe I’m just used to other locations that ask if I have the app, if i’d like to use points or money, but she just seemed upset that I was there. We got our drinks quickly but as soon as she handed them to me, I knew they were wrong. They were not the color of a SF golden eagle but we took them anyways and drank them. They actually tasted good but we order sugar free and I feel like since idk what we got, they probably weren’t SF. Luckily we don’t drive by this Dutch often but if we did, we would skip it.

Nice girl, but the kids chocolate frost was not blended at all, it still has large chunks of ice. The hot chai tea I got was so nasty I couldn’t even drink it. Waste of money!!! I don’t recommend anyone get drinks from there EVER!

There's 2 dutch bros in town.I will drive the extra 10 to 15 minutes to go to this one. They're friendly, kind, and make good drinks.
This is the only DB that I go to in RB. I love the people and the vibes here. I've only had a few mistakes happen here and that's fine. It happens. It's in a great location. The staff have always been very polite and quick with their work.
Dietary restrictions: My mom is lactose intolerant and they have a few options to choose from besides regular milk.
Kid-friendliness: They're very good with both the two legged and four legged kids that we bring along.

waited on a 7 min conversation, approx 2 songs…Reversed out of the drive through …Last time… (month or so).. Drink was made wrong. The one on main seems to be much better.Extra mile Drive will be worth the $ spent.
