El Gallo Giro is an unassuming food truck in Red Bluff with a covered seating area that is nice, clean, and shaded. The service is good and super quick, with orders served in under 5 minutes even when busy. The menu features tacos including al pastor, carnitas, carne asada, lengua, and chicken. The carne asada and carnitas have a nice char and spice mix, and the salsa is super fresh and tasty with a kick. The price is great, and the tacos are loaded with meat. The brother/sister team is very friendly and works hard to produce a delicious product. Many customers say this is their favorite place for Mexican food in Red Bluff and would highly recommend it.
