Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress

IHOP offers a great experience with food that is really good, fresh and hot, and very filling. The service is friendly and attentive, with staff who are kind and welcoming and make guests feel welcome. One waitress has a good sense of humor and tends to guests even when one of the only people on the floor. Another waitress talks about new items to try. The restaurant is clean. The food is pricy, but very good, and about the same as everywhere else. It is a good spot for breakfast. Guests would happily come back again and would recommend this good place.
