We went on a Friday night - 6 people before us, we waited about 20 min for our food. Egg flour soup is great, cashew nut chicken - yum. Broccoli/beef was so good. Fried rice, was ok. There are a few seats to wait, but more than likely you'll be standing. No checks, CC order over $5/ and of course cash welcomed. Verdict: food is good!

Absolutely a 10/10. This place earned my business for life and I highly recommend coming here. The food is absolutely delicious! Can’t go wrong with anything there. The egg rolls honestly are probably the best I’ve ever had. The prices are super fair, and the portions are super generous. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough!

Service is quick with no nonsense. Plenty of parking and Maple Garden is easy to find. Too bad I’m only passing through.
I bought my food and took it to my hotel across the freeway. A few minutes from Best Western.
This place is now on my list to visit when I travel on I-5.
I’m glad I found this restaurant.

I have loved Chinese food for 50+ years but am shocked at the very poor quality from Maple Garden in Red Bluff. I threw the food away! I am only giving them 1 star because the 7-Up was good and plastic utensils were included in my Door Dash delivery. The Lemon Chicken consisted of flavorless deep fried pebbles of chicken scraps and Shrimp Teriyaki was thick dough fried shrimp in brown gravy loaded with pepper. I didn’t eat the egg rolls either because they were dripping in oil. My recommendation is to find a different restaurant to order food from if you are driving through Red Bluff and don’t eat here.

Edit June 2025: My generals chicken tasted like putrid fish sauce and ruined the whole box. It tasted like a rotting carcass on a hot summer day smells. Huge portions for cheap. And delicious. They use real good thigh meat in their sugar chicken dishes.

I’ve been coming here for a long time good food. The only thing I don’t like is when I watch them put the food together in the back a lot of the time the People assembling the plates are wiping their faces with their hands and arms, etc., which is very uncleanly then they are touching The food boxes I just don’t think it’s very cleanly, but we don’t know what goes on behind other restaurants doors I don’t think it’s normal. I do think they should wear masks and gloves. To keep from saliva and other foreign substances from falling into the food as I washed them and talked over, food boxes, etc.
