I called in a takeout order, and the lady who was able to relay my order was extremely helpful. When I arrived to pick up the order, the gentleman was friendly and efficient. The store was clean and well stocked.

Ordered online right before 8:30 odds for my bread to be toasted and it wasn't I forgot ingredients to put on it and my sandwiches all soggy and wet how to throw most of it away I don't know if it was because they were about to close and they were in a rush I guess but no excuses for poor quality

Ordered for pickup for lunch, picked up my 2 sandwiches and left. Both were supposed to be toasted (one being a sandwich that MUST be toasted), neither was toasted, and the CBR was inedible because it was 100% cold. The app clearly says both were supposed to be toasted, not sure why they skipped that step.

Your store phone number doesn’t work, I ordered veggies sub for a few times, never with spicy Jalapeño and banana pepper,this time I got so many peppers in my sub, I can’t barely eat them, so spicy! Try to call the store to talk to you, your phone line does not work! Please next time read my instructions, at least spicy and non spicy is very different, other veggies more or less I am Ok.

Greeted by someone yelling pickup and them pointing at the pickup rack by the counter. Sandwich also was not toasted, even though it's capitalized on the order receipt.

Everytime i have been to this location my sandwich is very good and the people are nice! I noticed they were closed for a while and did some new updates which I thought was a nice touch, the only thing that is kind of a bummer is I feel they need more staff to keep the flow a bit more fast paced I feel as though I am spending a good amount of time on my lunch hour in there, it’s understandable if they are busy but maybe more workers and different ways to make sandwiches faster could help get people in and out! But besides that great food and good environment ?!

They're getting really bad about how much vegetables they will put on your sandwich now but the sandwiches are really good
