They messed up an order by adding cheese to a burrito that is not in the description. Called asking them to replace it and they flat out refused and argued that the cheese is listed (clearly not) as an ingredient and I should have requested it to not be included, which the app currently does not allow. I understand making a mistake and adding the wrong ingredient but to argue and not offer a replacement is something else. Pics attached of menu descriptions and inability to make change requests. *ETA: they have since reached out attempting to reconcile, but unfortunately my lunch break ended about 35 minutes after I received the incorrectly made item. I don’t care about a refund. I cared about what I was going to eat and was willing to sacrifice my entire break to go get the right item. When calling to get this corrected, I was met with someone not saying “we are sorry, give us a few minutes and we will make it right” like they are attempting to do now, but instead “you should have ordered it with no cheese”. As if this is the first time I have ever ordered food that includes cheese. I get it, most people like cheese on everything. However, I do not and their menu did not say cheese was an ingredient. I have literally ordered this burrito and the Regular burrito in person and when I say no cheese, the girl always says, “cheese is not included”. To further tell me in this instance, “no you are wrong, cheese is listed as an ingredient” AND not even offer me a replacement at the time was just amazing to me. I fully believe you are only trying to reconcile because of the review. A refund after the fact does not help that I did not eat lunch yesterday. Do better.

By far one of the best taco trucks ever!! Highly recommend the chicken flautas and the super burrito omg yum!!!! No pic of Flautas cuz i took one bite and couldnt stop eating...lol

Got the Bucce tacos Absolutely delicious Cooked to perfection, salsa was an explosion of flavor with the exact right amount of heat had a nice kick without lighting my mouth on fire, big portions aswell

The carne asada torta that I just had was delicious! The food server lady was awesome and friendly. I'm definitely coming back.

Talk about a gigantic burrito! I was passing through Red bluff and stopped to get something for dinner. The burrito was large enough for both dinner and lunch the next day. Great flavor and a perfect mix of ingredients. I’ll be back!

Best carne asada tacos I've ever had. Great location too. I'm not always in Red Bluff but I will eat here everytime that I am.
