A gem in Redding . I've been here 4 times. I've been getting the lamb bowl. (It's so good that I haven't tried their other dishes, yet) The lamb is mild, tender, served with sauteed onions and peppers, with sauce. Delicious 😋. Sides of a salad, a nice rice dish, and a sliced pita make it a very tasty meal, and healthy too. I'm hooked. I live close and am very glad I do.

Called in an order, I arrived and was told 5 minutes. (No problem). 15 minutes goes by and asked if I even ordered. I reminded him I called in over the phone. Then starts to make my order so another 10 minutes goes by. Over the phone and in person I had asked if I can get extra sause on the side. The answer was yes both times. Then after I Paid for it, I left no tip, because of the lack preparing my order over the phone and in person. I asked if I can get that extra sause one more time, he walked away like he was going to grab it, then walked back and said I was fine and don't need it. Being frustrated, I just walked off.

Wife and I loved this Punjabi Indian food cart and loved the lamb bowl with green peppers, onions and side of flavorful rice with naan bread. She called it a cross between Indian and middle easter. Cost under $20 w leftovers for the pooch. No seating, but use of adjacent service station restrooms if you need.
