I’ve always wanted to try fufu and egusi soup and let me tell you the customer service here was a 10/10. The workers were so happy and positive, they even gave us free dessert! The food is a 10/10 so flavorful, different, and tasty!

Just passing through and happened to see the sign. None of our group has tried much of any African food, so we were excited to try a bunch of things.
We tried the two fruit drinks, Zobo and Zinziber. Both are quite gingery and very delicious. I thought they would be too much with food that also had a lot of spice, but surprisingly the ginger actually helps them hold up.
We tried the fish, beef, fufu, and hand pies. The meats were all really perfectly cooked for each dish, especially the fish was very soft and flavorful salmon. The rice and plantains were also excellent sides. The hand pies had a really tasty and flakey pastry. For us, the Fufu was the most interesting and new; a real punch in the face of flavor, but balanced by eating with the dough was a really great experience.
Basically, all the food was awesome and had great variety. I wish we had pictures but we ate it all so fast. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much!

Amazing experience! I was excited to try the fufu and egusi. It was so tasty. The service was so great and friendly! We also tried the salmon and it was one of the best cooked fish Ive had. Every drink was fantastic. Malta was my favorite!

Wow! We are so fortunate to have this here in Redding. The owners are incredible people and the food is such a great experience. If you have been wanting to try African food or already love it then this is the place for you!

Got the chicken and rice at the Redding farmers market, the 2 thighs bone in not cooked through and all of it was bland. It was also $14 which was way too much for such a dish with no spice. Got 2 juice in addition to that and they were very watered down.

Came in today to try something new and was blown away. I can't remember the names of the dishes we tried, but they were delicious. Loved the zobo tea as well.

Took my family in today. The food was absolutely delicious! All of the ingredients tasted fresh. Everything was so full of flavor and you could tell they are putting their heart and soul into every dish! They were incredibly kind and friendly. We will definitely be back! We happened upon Amazing Alheri’s restaurant today. I wish I knew of this restaurant sooner. We really enjoyed the food. It was perfectly spiced and really good. We will definitely be back. Charity was also a real joy to speak with. We highly recommend them.

went there for the first time today (2/08/25) and it was amazing. the ambiance was very lovely. right as you walk in, you get greated with a beautiful warm smile. I had the steak with plantine and rice, it was very delicious, personally the best steak I've had so far. I recommend this place if your looking for a tasty meal that isn't too expensive
