The food was great, the bill came, and I paid with a debt/CC, and my total was more than the bill and asked why they said it was a CC fee, you did not tell me that. You did not give me an option, nor did you tell me about the fee. I believe that all waiters and waitresses should share with the customers that there is a fee if you use a CC, so you can make the choice to pay with cash or not. It should be part of their job. If it is, then they are not doing it.

It was freezing inside. The booth was close to the front door. The waitress had a rather rude attitude towards our order with appetizers, no smile no nothing special. Our food was good and as it became clearer we were wrapping up, the waitress started pouring on the friendly act. Too late, didn't fool us for a tip trick. What's with this place not using coins anymore? Puzzles us when we receive our change when paying with cash to avoid their silly fees to use credit OR debit card. Weird

I got the steak, potatoes, and brocolli. It was cooked to my liking, but was an ok meal. It felt like it lacked flavor. The service was wonderful though! My husband got the bacon burger and fries, and he thoroughly enjoyed it!
Good food, good service, good prices. And they're always very easy-going and accommodating when my brother and I bring our service dogs with us. We love their $25/30/35 meal deal thingy where we can get an appetizer and two entrees for $25-35. We can always afford dessert because of this deal! ?

Usually this place is our go to but this time we were seated fairly quickly and then nobody acknowledged us for around 25 minutes. Just before we walked out we grabbed a waiter and he apologized we weren't even his table and he took us on chuck was amazing. We were probably walked past by 5 to 6 waiters white shirt included without acknowledgment. Chuck deserves a raise and the rest of the crew was slacking.
