Christian is an amazing chef! Not only that, he's a very nice and genuine person. Upon meeting him to get a quote to cater our wedding, my husband and I both knew right off the bat that we wanted him to cater, even without a tasting. On the day of the wedding, we were so happy that we chose to go with him. Not only was the food beyond delicious, he cooked it all during the recent PG&E power outage! Talk about a true professional! Christian did a phenomenal job catering our wedding despite some power limitations at our venue. He arrived mid-day to begin grilling the meats and veggies, and I learned later on that he and his team were instrumental in saving our cocktail hour food displays which mistakenly had not been prepared before he arrived. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they even helped us collect all food scraps and waste for us to compost after the wedding. We considered several caterers, and Christian hands down beat the others on quality and price. We wouldn't have had our perfect day without him!
