This place is great!!! Be gone all the fast food chains putting places like this on the fringe. The burger was cooked perfectly, the fries were amazing and the lavender shake? Forget about it!!! Thank you for the great food!!!

Always the best place for a bite. We stop by on our way to Oregon....and then stop by on our way back home. Definitely worth the stop even if you're not too hungry - go for the fries or shake. If you are hungry, the burger is juicy and perfect just the way you like it and made to order.

In a hurry, call a head at lunchtime. Can be busy . Staff is on the ball and pretty quick for food. It was a packed house when I went right at lunchtime. Sat on the bench outside and enjoyed the beautiful sunshine with other people.Parking: When busy, you can squeeze in where you fit in. Did have some construction folks parked in the lot that were not eating there at the moment. Not typical though.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap spots up front and wheelchair access to restaurant.

Ordered the giant burger with bacon and cheese and fries. It wasn't giant. The bun was squished and flatened. The cheese wasn't melted. The burger was cold. The fries weren't fresh and were cold. The service was lousy. They charge you extra if you don't pay cash. Save your money. The double cheese burger is hotter and fresher and better at Mc Donald's. If you want a fresh, hot homemade burger and fries go to the new Fat Burger they are building on Oasis in Redding. Once you eat there you will never eat at Bartels again.

I can’t believe how good the food is at the price it’s at. Like a bigger more home made version of in and out. Loved dinner tonight.
The person taking my order was very rude. Yelled at me when you’re taking a persons order who has a disability it’s appropriate to be respectful and accommodating by giving them more time. Definitely will not be going back to this establishment. Nothing but trash also not wheelchair accessible and definitely not friendly to the LGTQ community as I see that their other employees like to make gay jokes, very very, very rude establishment ???????

So it wasn't a very long wait from the time I ordered to the time I got my food it was about 8 minutes I ordered two giant cheeseburgers and one regular cheeseburger and three french fries came out till like 32 dollars I have to say that they're Giant Burger is really not Giant it's maybe just a little bit bigger than a normal Burger not much at all I was kind of expecting this huge cheeseburger but what I got instead was just a slightly bigger cheeseburger but the food was really good and I'd recommend it.
