Only 3 dirty free flavors. Only like the cookies and cream one. I hate the daiquiri one and java one. I wish they had pistachio. I won't be back til you get more flavors
Outstanding Service and Nostalgic Charm
The owner is truly fortunate to have hired excellent employees like Damian & Komal. They are a class act, kind, respectful, and genuinely attentive to everyone who walks through the door. In today’s world, it’s rare to find such exceptional staff, Damian and Komal are absolute gems who deserves to be recognized and promoted.
The shop itself is spotless, the air conditioning is perfect, and the food brings back the flavors we all loved as kids. It’s the kind of place you want to bring Grandma, Grandpa, and the whole family to celebrate something special like any day that ends with day in the name is recommend. 😉🥰
Came in 50 minutes before close, amber was so rude. Rushing us to order, gossiping to another employee about how annoying door dashers are, and how she wanted to hurry up and clean up. Everytime a customer walked in she rolled her eyes and talked trash to her fellow employee. Amber, you need some training on respect and customer service. To the owner of this store, I want you to know your employees are discouraging customers from coming here because it’s “annoying” 👎👎
We just got ice cream at thee Baskin Robbins on Lake Blvd and thee customer service werkerz' were just thee moest awesummust werkerz' Ever:)
Why are they no longer wearing gloves or at least washing their hands?
Really nice people. Great ice cream. Banana splits are great.
$70 for the smallest log shaped ice cream cake!?!? Wtf!? My mom went in to get it and just bought it not really paying attention and not realizing what a rip off it was. We will never step foot in this place again!
Friendly service, but VERY high prices compared to other Baskin Robbins in the area. $12.99 for a large milkshake while the same item costs only $9.49 in Red Bluff, and even less in Reno or Klamath Falls. I am not sure why their product is so much more expensive when their rent in a run-down shopping center cannot very high.
Wouldn't know. Everything says it's open but it's not!

It is a chain ice cream store, but it is consistently good product and the servers are likewise consistently fun and pleasant.

This is possibly the best Baskin Robbins I've been to in years. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and inviting and the ice cream was fantastic!
