I ordered an ice cream Easter cake for the family and it came out so beautiful!! I was very impressed and the flavors were so yummy! Everyone loved it. I ordered a round that feeds 6-8 but it could have fed more than that due to how tall the cake was. I was able to order it through the app in just a couple minutes. It was so simple I wasn’t sure if my order went through but they called me right away verifying it. This will be my go-to spot for ice cream cakes! All around 5/5

Pretty standard Baskin Robins with a good selection of flavors, probably the best selection of any ice cream shop in Redding.Staff was very friendly and helpful in picking a flavor. The lady working there made several good suggestions.

Went in last night 8/09/23 about 30 mins before close. Ice cream was great as per usual and store was nice and clean but customer service was disappointing as the two girls working were so stoned out of their minds, it took them 15 minutes to make 2 banana splits, and they kept forgetting what we ordered.

Went to Baskin Robbins, walked in with no customers in line. 1 employee in the lobby, 3 behind the counter. Was not greeted by anyone. 1 employee walks passed us. As they continue to ignore the 2 of us standing at the counter, another customer walks in. The employee who just walked passed, comes back, passes us & immediately takes the order of the new person. So Cold Stone got my business tonight.
