Unbelievable boba tea ever!! I ordered boba tea without ice. But they only gave 70% full. I asked why, they said it was because my drink without ice. I’ve been buying boba teas in different countries for many years, and always request no ice. Never heard that!!Definitely would not come back!!

Honest review as all the other ones.I have been going to this boba shop the day it open and it was one of my favorite until these last two years. I went again to see if the boba was as bad as the last time I went and I was disappointed again.I usually get large boba but now i got medium vs small. And medium isnt even medium. More of a small cup size. Also the flavor I got was coco x taro and it didnt taste good. Boba was hard to the touch.Sorry, never going here again. $6.50 and the shop is going cheap.Not worth the drive.

I get a brown sugar milk tea with ice and boba and love it every time. The staff are always patient, nice, and get it to me quickly. One of the best milk teas I've ever had for sure!

Honestly I don’t know why I keep coming back. The food/drink is never consistent. Ask for extra boba and had to go back. Also the boba drinks aren’t sealed they’re topped with a regular lid. Let alone I’ve gotten the same drink each time and every time the drink tasted different and had different amounts of boba. The food is okay if fresh. The people who work there are rude and also talk disrespectfully about customers and management. Will be going to Tea 4 I from now on.
Best boba and milk teas in town. Lots of other options elsewhere but the consistency is never as authentic as what BTC offers. Phenomenal drinks and food, I'm glad they opened a second location!
