I order the 3 for $7, they charged me $8.42, when I complained the manager Josh told me on the phone I was a sorry as woman! And hung up. He did this 3 times. Says he doesn't have to refund me or go by TV adss.

We placed an online order at 10:30, even though the establishment is open until 11:00. However, when we arrived at the drive-thru, we were told they couldn’t prepare it because they had already turned off some equipment. Why are they shutting down equipment early and refusing to fulfill orders? This happened today, and I kindly ask the manager to address the staff working tonight. This is unacceptable!

I ordered online. Food was okay. They forgot one of our fries. Got that taken care of was eating, and while I was waiting noticed one of them go outside and smoke from their vape. Come inside with his gloves still on. Open the door to go in, go over to his phone. Use his phone and then no washing hands. No, clean gloves. And grabbed a bun to start making food, then grabbed his phone again. Then noticed another person was using their phone. Isn't this totally against food safety? Who knows what that guy had in his pocket? And then he's touching food, I won't be back.

The service here is so bad! It’s like the workers hate coming to work. I literally didn’t even get a burger I paid for and it wasn’t like it was busy either. Can’t wait for the other Burger King to open back up on cypress!!

The service of this Burger King is what makes it's ratings VERY accurate. They're awful to their customers when they provide them bad service and you call or confront them. Whoever owns this burger King should make changes or eventually it will close. It is known as the worst burger King in NorCal. I don't know if it's the management or if it's the owner, but the way they handle things is awful. They also are awful on doordash and they often forget items I have heard that they do not like doing doordash orders and so they intentionally will mess up orders to mess with customers. They should be able to look at their own ratings throughout and see that they do not have a good reputation.
I love Burger King, but this Burger King is god-awful. I used to get delivery (doordash) from the Burger King nearest to me and they were great, but every time I see that doordash will be delivering from the Eureka way Burger King... I just choose to order from somewhere else. It's not worth the bad service and headache of dealing with them.
