I came there to get a Whopper, and when I went to eat it. I noticed that their pickles that I receive was mostly green. The pickles wasn't even ripe yet and they served them. Terrible.

I order mobile orders frequently to the BK down the street from me. Last time I ordered pickup, they asked me without a hello if I was Doordash. I said I was picking up a mobile oder for myself. They gave me a taped-up bag as if I was the Doordash order. I had ordered a Oreo shake and a large Coke and told I needed to wait a second for them. 10 minutes later I was given my shake but not the large Coke. 4 minutes later and I was given my coke. However, it didn't look right. I noticed that it was not plastic and was now a smaller large sized cup. The lid was too big for the cup so I asked a worker why the lids are so much larger than the cup and if they gave me a medium instead of a large??? The worker grabbed a smaller lids from behind the counter the size of my cup. He said I did have the large. THANK YOU BURGER KING for Shrinking the size of the cup! Had I known before ordering that I'd be getting a medium instead of your original large sodas, I would have passed on it! The price increases while the size decreases at BK!
I am very disappointed with their food and service. I ordered Impossible Whopper, and I found the patty became redder as I was eating. When I almost ate half of it, I didn't feel comfortable to eat any more.So I asked them why this is so red, and Andrew, the General Manager said that is the normal color of Impossible Whopper but they will make another one.I waited there but later they came and told me that the machine is not working properly, so couldn't make proper temperature for Impossible Whopper, and they said they can make another one when I revisited there.I asked them rather to refund than revisiting, and the General Manager didn't seem so happy for my request, saying to himself or other persons there that, "I can't understand why we should refund. He already ate them."I attach the picture of it. Are you able to eat this uncooked patty?
