They have terrible drive-thru service. They serve other cars even if you arrive first, and leave you waiting for about 10 minutes just to take your order. I’m not coming back to this place

Literally just called to figure out closing times because on door dash and the app it says 12:00 pm for pick up but I have gone multiple times and I’m told rudely they close earlier, so tonight I tried to call early to get the closing time, and the person was very rude and hung up on me while telling me 12:00pm this is extremely frustrating because I get off at ablater time and this is a rural area so if this is open I will absolutely use it but I have gone multiple times before closing when it says pick up is available AND ITS NOT idk what the disconnect is but the employee I spoke with was extremely rude and if it’s gonna be this hard to work with the company I’m gonna stop going and tell everyone I know about my experience, I’m hoping I get a response but absolutely not planning on it with the experience I have had

If you have a duly the drive through is extremely narrow. I ordered the brisket whopper by itself. For nearly $9 You get a sugar sandwich with one tiny piece of brisket. I think these employees believe if they rip off customers they might get a raise.

Ordered a brisket whopper, got whopper with no brisket. Onion rings were horrible, old and hard. Service sucked. Wanted it to go, gave it to me on a tray. Got a little miffed when I told them it was to go. Will not be going back.
