Ordered a brisket whopper, got whopper with no brisket. Onion rings were horrible, old and hard. Service sucked. Wanted it to go, gave it to me on a tray. Got a little miffed when I told them it was to go. Will not be going back.

Stopped in for a quick meal. The location was fine and the food was what you’d expect, nothing amazing, but it’s Burger King, so it delivered on the usual staples. If you're looking for something fast and familiar, it does the job. Nothing really stood out, but nothing disappointed either.

after ordering, my toddler needed the restroom, which is code protected. I stood at the counter with a toddler desperately needing to pee for at least a full 5 minutes before a single person even acknowledged our existence, it's a miracle we made it in time.

Burger kings food had fallen off for awhile. But its been good for fast food lately. Thier app is easy to use. And usually have a sweet deal and a deal if the week like free fries with 1 $ purchase

As a grub hub driver we have expected pick up and drop of times we have to meet and when we have to wait 15 minutes after pick up time it effects our job performance not because of our delivery but because stores like this can not hire an efficient crew when there is 3 people and only drive through orders coming in there is no reason they could not have this order ready on time I was the only person inside their facility and it still took 15 minute wait time its sad their employees want 20 an hour but cant work efficiently

This Burger King is one of the better fast food restaurants in Redding, the manager is take extra care to ensure the customers were satisfied, and the staff supports them. The rating would be five stars, as the service is genuinely impeccable however, you will see from the pictures that this is a franchise restaurant. At the time of this post it's 9:00 p.m. on Sunday night, you can also see from the pictures that that lobby hours are stated as open until 10:00 p.m. two staff members are outside smoking a cigarette approach and ask if the lobbies open, they say no and go inside, and yes I check on the lobby is closed even though the hours say 10pm.
This often happens when they're (any franchise restaurant)they are short-staffed or if get a word from the FRANCHISE OWNER that they're not doing enough business to AFFORD keeping the restaurant open. It is understandable, but disappointing to me as I could not order the food that I came to order!
We have taking a lot for granted in the US. California past the $20 an hour law, which just made fast food restaurants more unaffordable to keep open especially for franchise owners. Without enough business, either have to close early or fire good workers.
