I used to eat at the Airport Rd one for years, been going to the Hartnell recently bc it’s closer. The quality was amazing, same as always! Great portion sizes too. Very clean and customer service is always great!

I overheard the associates being berated by a customer that was not satisfied with their pricing. As if the hourly employees will be able to explain, change or discuss pricing of items. This compelled me to leave a 5 star review. As appreciation is often needed where it’s due, and necessary to combat the often unfair treatment of rude and delusional customers.

I’ve tried every Mexican place in Redding, California, and Burrito Bandito stands out as the clear winner. The restaurant manager, Natalie, is exceptional, kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She brings great energy to the place, and it’s easy to see why everyone appreciates her being there. The chips alone are incredible, fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. The burrito bowl is amazing, packed with quality ingredients and generous portions. Honestly, if you order the full burrito instead, it might just be the biggest burrito in America. Do yourself a favor and check out Burrito Bandito today. You won’t be disappointed.

I havent eaten here in awhile until today becauae the burritos were getting smaller ad smaller and werent worth the money for awhile. I bought a carne asada burrito and it was huge like they used to make em. Very happy to see that. Ingredients were well distributed and tasted pretty fresh. Muy Delicioso!
