*Tastey
*Expensive
*Fantastic location
And the service was great.
Thanks Everyone.
Summary: go if you want to enjoy the view and be around people, or sit and have a coffee/drink. Avoid food.
Description:
We were a group of 7 and decided to go here because of the location and pictures online. Great vibe, great interiors. Cute place. The tables had a view of the sundial. There was a farmer's market around and many families had come. Great time to come here on a weekend for brunch.
However, the food was disappointing. The margherita flatbread tasted as if it was frozen and reheated. Hot honey chicken sandwich was a little better, but dry and didn't have enough of the hot honey. The salads were okay. Didn't try the coffee.
Note that their menu options have changed.
Lifesaver when you don’t want to spend any second in 100F with ur 14-mo old. Matcha latte is too sweet but we paid for the vibe!
Food took close to an hour to come even though there was not that many people. Not worth the wait for a mid meal. There should an option for no stars.
Overpriced. Portion size is a joke. Service is non existent.
the music playing outside was absolutely unfitting, needs calmer quieter music. id appreciate this type of music in a party setting but not where i want to appreciate the view and silence of nature
We went to branch house as a group of about 10 people and ordered in two separate groups to make it easier for the baristas. When we were there on Monday the 16th of June and the two ladies who were behind the counter making drinks were incredibly rude, slow and didn’t seem to care about the quality of drinks they were putting out. I ordered a smoothie and it was hardly blended, just chunks of fruit and ice.
Another person in our group went up to the counter after drinker her coffee and asked if they sold the coffee beans that they use and she flat out said no and when she noticed the bagged coffee beans on the shelf she asked if those were the same beans and the lady behind the counter said yes but still wouldn’t sell them to her.
When I’ve been before it was great and the drinks were very solid and came out quickly, but I hope the ladies that we were served by don’t remain there.
SLOW. Smoothie took 25 minutes
Sip and Saturday was relaxing atmosphere. The garlic Parmesan were tasty and nice size wings but unfortunately majority of the 8 wings were cold. I couldn’t even eat one because it was so cold and the veggies as a side were wilted and not fresh. Glad they were happy hour price otherwise the rating would have gone down.
The only reason it's not five stars is, the cookies kinda sucked..... Lol. I had the chicken salad sandwich, and my GF had the blackened salmon Cesar, both were outstanding. The view of the Sacramento River, was great too. Service with a smile! Great spot!

Great place to grab an espresso before a run along the river trail or a pellegrino afterwards.
