I walk into this place and feel I’ve stepped out of Redding! It’s clean, menu options are hearty and creative. This is where I enjoy meeting up with friends.

I came to study and it was amazing. Very kind and welcoming staff, the atmosphere was amzing, great music and the best food and drinks. I got a harvest chai and a parfait and they were both amazing. I also had the early grey brownie and it was all the best I've had. I 100% reccomend and will be coming again soon!!!

Waited for everyone else in the cafe to get their drink orders even though I had ordered mine first. Smoothy was subpar, just ice and mango juice and the ratio was pathetic. Basically got mango flavored ice. Pastry was not very good either. The one girl was obviously new, the other one training g her saw me standing there while order after order went out and just ignored me. Sad, I work near here and would be spending money in the cafe if it wasnt for this experience.

Atmosphere was nice, but very limited food and beverage options. Food also was not very good nor fresh. Breakfast Sammy tasted like it was from the frozen section of a grocery store (Jimmy Dean would have been better, actually). I thought it’d be a good option while visiting at the hospital, but was surely mistaken. It’s no better than garden variety hospital food. Folks working seem more interested in esthetics like a phone and ring light propped where they put the food and coffees versus actually providing an actually good breakfast.

I live in the mountains but anytime were passing through Redding and this gem is open - im there. Coffee? Amazing. Food? Delicious. Staff? So welcoming and friendly. ALSO they have a lovely pay it forward bulletin board ♡ thank you for providing that service and I hope that the word is being spread among those in need and not just us regulars.

I had a difficult time deciding which coffee shop to go to on our 1 day in town and am very pleased with my decision to go here! It's such a cute place with friendly and welcoming staff. Pastries all looked incredible which made for more difficultdecisions, as did fresh salads with SO many options. We chose the breakfast wrap and a breakfast burrito. Coffee creations were creative and delicious as well 😋.

Do yourself a favor and visit the fearless leader Michaela and her right-hand girl Maddie at Pagato. They have delicious food, excellent coffee, fast Wi-Fi, and an outstanding staff. Michaela is an excellent manager who runs the place with heart and passion. If you’re in downtown Redding near the hospitals and medical centers, this is definitely the best spot you can find. Bring your friends, your family, and even your patients if you’re a doctor. You’ll be glad that you did.
Caffè Pagato is our favorite part about running errands downtown...every drink, snack, pastry, salad, and sweet has been perfection! The staff is so nice and attentive and it's just such a cute and inviting atmosphere. Flight of the Bumblebee and the Dubai Chocolate Mocha are must try items!

Love the whole experience and staff are always so generous and kind. Last time I went because they knew we were going to be working a long shift at the hospital nearby they gave us free Quiches to take with us. I can't overstate this place because it is honestly a gem. Thanks for feeding us caffeine addicts!

We went there to get some breakfast and coffee. Ordered herb n cheese croissant and veggie egg bites, both tasted really good. Highly recommend grabbing a bite here if in and around the area.

Everyone and everything on the menu is so wonderful at Caffe Pagato here in Redding, Ca!!! It’s such a breath of fresh air to be able to walk into this cafe and be greeted with genuine smiles and a sense of pride from the employees!!! The staff is delightful and extremely knowledgeable about their menu! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants a positive experience with delicious drinks and food!
