This particular location really g9ne downhill, not busy, messed up order and took near 15 min in drive thru w no courtesy explanation or update. Would avoid this location and use a different locally if craving this.

Went in the drive through and it was good until I watched a disappointing interactions between two workers while at the window. One was a young girl visible working hard for us & the people behind us, the other was a still young but older looking male (riley, heard through easedropping) who was being extremely rude to the girl. You could tell the young lady was already having a rough time and trying her best. The food was great, employees who personally interacted with us were sweet but the lack of teamwork from the interact we witness was disgusting. I don’t want anyone to get fired from this comment, though I believe “Riley” should be pull aside and spoken to. In this type of fast pace industry you need teamwork to keep it running, apparently he isn’t aware of that.

Went through the drive-through. Services was wonderful and so was the food very nice.
The team member taking our order was either extremely bored or half asleep. Either way we didn’t seem to matter at all to him. Against the odds, according to the receipt he took the order correctly, but the kitchen staff failed him. Of the four burgers we ordered, two were completely wrong. One was ordered as a single western bacon with no onion rings, we got a normal cheeseburger with no onions. The other was simply a double western bacon, came as a single.
We were in a hurry and didn’t have time to wait for corrections so we ate the food anyway, and at the bottom of her fries my daughter found two long brown hairs.
Since we’re not local there wasn’t a chance of us coming back here anyway but this experience put us off the brand as a whole.

There were two young adults working when I arrived for my pickup, the food wasnt ready yet, so i stayed at the counter waiting for the order to be completed. As i was waiting i watched the person making my food wipe sweat from their face and touch their nose with their hands and forearms, then continued to prepare my food without washing them. i then noticed how dirty the entire place was, burgers buns and fries smashed on the floor, the food was being prepared on a greasy crumb and residue coated surface. i didn’t want to be rude since they were obviously very young, plus it was hot in there. not really his fault but still gross. i just accepted the order since there was no manager in sight and fed the patties to my dogs outside and threw the rest away.
