We've been coming here for years and I swear I haven't had one bad dish from this restuarant. The Pad Thai is my go-to. Their chili oil is homemade and I'm dying to get the recipe 😭 The staff are really friendly as well.

This place is phenomenal! The pho is delicious and the staff is so friendly. I always get the beef pho and the staff even gave me extra broth for free one time. The broth is so rich and flavorful. Highly recommended.

My only complaint has to do with the service. The food was tasty, and the hostess was super friendly, offering water while we waited for a table. However, her energy felt rushed. The whole atmosphere feels rushed. She offered us a menu while we were waiting and then asked if we wanted her to take our order before sitting down. That should have been a red flag that they would try to rush us out so they could turn the table.
I probably would have been fine with all of that, but when the waiter brought our food, he flung it onto the table so fast it gave me whiplash. No interaction with us. My husband asked for another beer. We weren’t sure he even heard us, but a couple of minutes later he brought a beer, saying, “You asked for another beer, right?”
I’m happy this place is popular and that they’re able to turn tables around so fast, but the place feels rushed and not the type of restaurant that makes you feel welcome to sit and enjoy your food. This place would be great if the waitstaff just took a couple of extra seconds to acknowledge their customers. There is room for improvement.
To the male waiter — you do not need to power-walk around the restaurant flinging food onto the tables. It ruins the ambiance. Slow down a little; it would make for a much better experience for your customers.

Udon spaghetti green curry special was awesome. The sauce was incredible and the noodles soaked up extra flavor from other ingredients. Great stuff.

It's a great place for over priced subpar food, resulting in painful explosive diarrhea. The benefit of eating here, is rapid weight loss.

Excellent food. Wait staff attentive and helpful. Great number of offerings . Lots of well deserved pride in the operation. This one of Redding's best gems.
So me and the kid wandered in here after Comicon and we have never eaten here before. This Tia place is awesome! The food was so delicious! Even my 16 year old said his soup was amazing. He never had a soup with bean noodles before and he loved it. He even asked if we could take one of them home to cook for us. Then there was the extreme friendliness of the entire staff that the 16 year old also noticed and commented on! Jack was very helpful, and our waitress Rose was also beyond kind and courteous. I was so impressed with the meal, I went to compliment the cook, and it turned out he was the owner! Well done Sai! I forgot what I had was called, but it had chicken, onions, mint, served with cucumbers and leaf lettuce. It was served in the old Korean style of bulgogi Rice I use to have when I was stationed at Kwang-Ju AB, Korea! Big was also helpful. This place operated like a well oiled machine, and the food came out very very quick. So I highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back, all the way from Red Bluff!

We used to come to this restaurant before COVID and decided to visit again today, but it was a disappointing experience. The dishes were drenched in sauce, overpowering the flavors. The male server’s attitude was terrible, and it left my wife so uncomfortable that she couldn’t enjoy her meal. We’re not sure what happened to this restaurant. The other staff didn’t smile and looked like they were suffering through their shifts rather than serving customers.

Super yummy food, great service! Highly recommend!
2nd favorite place for Thai in Redding. First is often closed, and has weird hours.
Service is fast, food is great, it’s loud in the restaurant, so we do takeout.
The people who work there are completely incompetent, and the food is terrible. I placed a phone order for a pineapple fried rice and was quoted 15 minutes. When I arrived, the guy couldn't locate my order and finally found it on the counter. I gave him my credit card and went to the restroom to wash my hands, and they left the food unsupervised, and someone else took the food. I spent another 15 minutes waiting for my order. When I finally got the food, it was very greasy, undercooked, and smelled like old rice. I couldn't even eat half of the food and ended up going somewhere else. I don't understand how they have such positive ratings.
Awesome, authentic Thai / Lao food!
Super fast, super delicious!
